Time Out says

Filmmaker Bob Goldthwait is touching down in San Francisco for a screening of his critically-lauded film Call Me Lucky, a hilarious and touching portrait of political spitfire comic Barry Crimmins. As a live comedy producer, Crimmins fostered the careers of contemporaries like Paula Poundstone and Steven Wright in the 1980s; but it was a shocking revelation of childhood abuse that launched him into an important activist role. Moderated by Silvia Turchin, the screening includes a Q&A with Goldthwait, and benefits SNAP and Friends for Benefits.
