Parading from one gallery wine and cheese mixer to another gallery wine and cheese mixer is so over. Millennial art aficionados demand more substance, more style and more pancakes. So was born The Pancake & Booze Art Show, sprung from founder Tom Kirlin’s drink-fueled IHOP excursions back in 2009. Over the years it has grown into a widely respected, sprawling underground art show network that spans the country. The drinking, dancing and fast-breaking extravaganza lands at 111 Minna this week featuring 100 emerging local artists with works for sale — so watch it with the syrup.
