On Wednesday night, Bay Area residents boarded a boat for the first ever Time Out Sunset Sail happy hour. Hornblower Cruises and Events provided the swanky, multi-level yacht, complete with three different decks for viewing the twinkling Bay Lights and San Francisco skyline. The magical ride departed from Pier 3 and headed all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge, passing by Alcatraz and Ghirardelli Square on the way.
On the ground floor, guests were treated to a mac-n-cheese and pulled pork dinner, premium Alamada Mule cocktails courtesy of Hangar 1 Vodka, refreshing brews from Laughing Monk Brewing and a Tattly DIY tattoo area filled with nautical designs like anchors, compasses and whales.
The Gentlemen Amateurs lent their smooth stylings to the night while guests mingled at the bar or waited for their food.
The party continued upstairs where there was amazing dessert (ice cream cookie cups from Over the Moon) paired with wine from Francis Ford Coppola Winery, a sparkly gold-sequin photo booth with even more pirate-themed props and DJ JustinIN spinning dance beats until the party was forced to come to an end and guests debarked back at the Embarcadero. Not bad for a Wednesday night.
