The bare-bones space is filled with warm light and Vogler’s thoughtfully selected small-batch spirits. The menu includes three versions of a Cuban-style mojito and other refreshing concoctions like the Obispo de Cuba (Hamilton 86 Guyana rum, red wine, lemon).
