Ready to demystify high-end vegan cuisine? Trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, award-winning chef Tati Lund has cooked around the world, bringing refinement to this type of cuisine. The restaurant is as colorful as the dishes it offers, always using ingredients from small local producers. There are fixed options, such as the Oriental Bowl (R$54), with teriyaki tofu, turmeric sushi rice with sesame, roasted garlic carrot purée, toasted greens, and purple ferment, or Tati’s Salad (R$54), with roasted beets, fresh leaves, sweetened nuts, vegan boursin, and balsamic vinaigrette with molasses. The dish of the day (R$78) comes with soup or salad, such as eggplant lasagna with canjiquinha couscous on Thursdays. For dessert, the "Surra de Prazer" (R$35), made with cashew cookies, vegan caramel, chocolate sauce, and a hint of coffee, is an absolute delight.
