Nathalie Passos' mission is to prove that a satisfying and complete meal doesn't need meat. Trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, this young (and experienced) chef opened a restaurant that has become a benchmark in the industry, garnering awards and fans across the city. The à la carte menu changes according to the availability of local and organic products but always keeps the favorites: the banana moqueca (R$52.90) and the Indian stew made with chickpeas, sweet potatoes, tomato sauce, and spices (R$53.90) are surefire hits. In 2022, the restaurant underwent a change of address, moving to a charming mansion on the same street, where there's now also a bookshop. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon, enjoying a good read with their signature drinks or labels of organic and natural wines.
