With eight locations in Rio, the contemporary Japanese restaurant seeks global influences to ensure its dishes appeal to all types of palates. Among the new items are tempura corn (R$35), king crab tartare (R$139), and Baterá de Camadas, which consists of 10 pieces of sushi pressed in layers of tuna and salmon. From more traditional starters, like sunomono (R$17) and shrimp harumaki (R$35), to must-try delicacies such as grilled scallops (R$83) and eel sushi (R$65), you can enjoy simpler meals or even celebrate a special occasion. The restaurant offers an executive menu (R$75-85) Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 4pm.
