Here's a curiosity: it was at this iconic and traditional establishment that the "Picanha Borboleta" was created in the 1980s by chef Silva, who still leads the team of grillers. The double fat cap and typical marbling make the meat juicy and tender. This and other nearly 40 cuts are offered in the all-you-can-eat (R$232): including premium meats like Cowboy Steak and Fran-Rack, as well as game meats such as ostrich, quail, and duck picanha. Fish and seafood options complete the menu. The drink menu boasts more than 300 wine labels and 30 beers. To further enhance the experience, architect Chicô Gouvêa designed the restaurant’s architectural project, creating an elegant Art Deco-inspired ambiance, showcasing how the history of life in Copacabana influenced the construction of Churrascaria Palace.
