Known for her work at Miam Miam, one of Rio's top restaurants, chef Roberta Ciasca has been diving into vegetarian cuisine for a while now. The result is this cozy spot that has just set up shop in a charming house in Botafogo. The dining room is surrounded by a garden, and here you can enjoy delicious dishes, some vegan and some vegetarian, like the curry thai (R$72) and the mushroom risone (R$58). If you're with a group, kick things off with the Brota Platter (R$84), a tasting selection of appetizers with toast. The drinks are crafted by Laura Paravato, and the No. 15 (R$38) — with gin, pear puree, Sicilian Angostura orange, and a hint of vanilla. — is absolutely stunning.
