Known for her work at Miam Miam, one of Rio's top restaurants, chef Roberta Ciasca has been diving into vegetarian cuisine for a while now. The result is this cozy spot that has just set up shop in a charming house in Botafogo. The dining room is surrounded by a garden, and here you can enjoy delicious dishes, some vegan and some vegetarian, like the red bean chili (R$42) and the mushroom risotto (R$58). If you're with a group, kick things off with the Brota Platter (R$80), a tasting selection of appetizers with toast. The drinks are crafted by Laura Paravato, and the No. 04 (R$34)—rum with blackberry cordial, rosso vermouth, and Campari—is absolutely stunning.
