A former fish processing facility, Centro Interpretativo do Património da Afurada is unmissable for those interested in learning about, and in helping preserve, the region’s centennial traditions. Miniature boats made by local artisans, photographs, rudders, torches and examples of traditional dress are some of what you can expect to find at this interpretive centre. They trace the life of this community in an exhibition divided into six themed sections: Place, Land, Nature, Life, Man and Woman
