We’re talking about one of the best pregos em pão in the whole Porto region. The meat comes from Lafões, a part of central Portugal known for its good beef, and it’s so tender it all but falls apart. It comes in a toasted mixed-grain bun along with cheese, ham, mustard and a bit of spicy sauce.
