Port Wine Museum

A museum about the history of Port wine and its links to Porto. The museum aims to portray wine and its trade and how they influenced the city’s social, cultural and financial evolution. It is located in an old 18t century warehouse of the Companhia Geral da Agricultura das Vinhas do Alto Douro, and it has an 1815 Waterloo Vintage – the oldest vintage wine for which reliable records exist.
