Museum of Transport and Communication

There is plenty to choose from on the first floor of the former customs house, the Alfândega. On one side the exhibition on automobiles through the decades, including the social changes its rise has triggered; nearby is a display with an array of means of communications. Another wing of the museum houses a range of official vehicles once used by Presidents of the Portuguese Republic.
