The restaurant specializes in modern Thai cuisine with a focus on local produce and seasonal ingredients to create southern dishes. The grill-focused menu is complemented by guided stargazing on the Observatory Deck, cosmic-themed cocktails and interactive Thai cooking classes.
Dinner service at DARA Cuisine Phuket is from 6pm-midnight daily. After dinner, the Observatory Deck hosts rooftop stargazing sessions paired with craft cocktails inspired by constellations. This immersive culinary cosmic journey also has an on-site telescope for guests to use to identify various stars and planets. DARA Cuisine Phuket is definitely a one-of-a-kind venue on the island, and is hosting a series of star-studded Cosmic Culinary Journeys over the next few months starting on February 21-22 with a collaboration between Chef Supakarn (Hong) Lienpanich and Chef Andrew Martin, of Fatboy Izakaya in Bangkok which earned 1 Michelin Star in 2023.
