Each year on June 16, literary aficionados around the world celebrate James Joyce’s epic masterpiece Ulysses, set in Dublin, Ireland, circa 1904. This festival at the Rosenbach, which houses the Ulysses manuscript, features musical performances inspired by the book, readings by prominent Philadelphians, a beer garden and food from local vendors. Attendees also get free admission to the building, which holds many other important literary gems
