The third outpost of Casey Parker and Joe Gunn’s craft beer and Mexican pub grub empire now lives on the far end of East Passyunk Avenue. An appropriately informed draft list sits next to a well-chosen lineup of tequilas and mezcals, both complementing chef Adan Trinidad’s menu of tacos, tiraditos and sharable open-faced quesadillas.
