J’aime French Bakery

French transplant Bastien Ornando’s new addition to the Midtown Village neighborhood is upping Philly’s sweets scene with a picture-perfect bakery looking out onto 12th Street. Baguettes and country loaves come out of the oven every morning alongside a lineup of viennoiserie, pastries and sweet crepes. A rainbow of pastel hued meringues add a burst of color to the shop’s sunny, whitewashed interior.
