Flipping a run-of-the-mill mechanic’s garage into a café, the owners of this new addition in Pennsport have gone miles beyond single-origin pour-overs on their out-there and awesome coffee lineup. Not only are the beans roasted on-site, but the spot amps its hipster cred by serving nonalcoholic espresso cocktails created with house-made syrups, tonics and herbs.
