The Montreal disco-drama band already played Philly behind 2017’s Everything Now album, so think of this as a victory lap and a chance for Win Butler and Co. to let loose a little. They like to pile on the fashion and theatrics at their arena concerts, but for a smaller outdoor show like this one you can bet on fewer props and more rock. Nobody wants to wear a big papier-mâché head in the middle of July.
