This Sunday, the Eagles are in town for their second home game of the season, this time against the Arizona Cardinals.
If you’re looking for a little tailgating action before the game, consider skipping the parking lot jawn to head over to the Navy Yard to take part in a fest on the patio at Bar Amis. The Vetri spot is throwing a pre-game bash starting at 10:30am featuring food and drink specials, live music from a local DJ, lawn games and giveaways where folks can win swag signed by Eagles players.
On the menu, guests will find green curry chicken wings, tomato pie with charred onion and arugula, a pepper and egg sandwich, and the delicious roast pork with broccoli rabe and provolone, pictured below:
Over at the bar, you can score Miller Lite pints and pitchers for $4 and $15; Bloody Mary pints and pitchers for $9 and $32; Mimosa half-pints and pitchers for $10 and $25; and frozen mulled cider for $10.
Another perk: Guests can avoid paying parking fees at the Linc by parking for free at the Navy Yard. The facility is only a 15-minute walk from the field.
