Time Out says

Take an elevator to the 57th floor of One Liberty to take in stunning, 360-degree, bird’s-eye views of Philadelphia and its surrounding regions. The indoor observation deck is billed as Philly’s tallest attraction, at a whopping 883 feet above the street. For those looking to get the most out of their experience, there are a number of interactive elements and installations, like a giant Ben Franklin sculpture—which seemingly begins down at the ticketing booth and extends all the way to the top of the tower—listening stations and touch screens that zero in and give information about several major landmarks on the ground below.
