The first exhibition of Oakley’s work in more than three years comes to the Woodmere Art Museum this fall. The renowned muralist and stained-glass artist rose to fame during the post–Civil War American Renaissance, when her work appeared all over Philadelphia as well as the Pennsylvania State Capitol building.
