Little Angel are serving up “liquid nitrogen gelato affogatos” and “extreme doughnuts” alongside the standard long blacks and soy lattes. Their doughnuts come with syrup-filled syringes for an extra burst of flavour, and their liquid nitrogen affogatos are an elaborate affair with colour galore – the bright green of pandan and coconut nitro, yellow of hot buttered popcorn, and more. The café turns out quality brews from Five Senses beans, and offers a variety of Callebaut Belgian hot chocolate blends (such as rose and bergamot or violet).
