From the competitive brekky market to evening meals, Scott Bridger’s menu has a modern yet comforting edge. While there’s the unstoppable smashed avo, albeit with an edamame twist, there’s also a bit of Californian influence at play with big plates like huevos rancheros, house-cured pastrami hash or a more health-conscious egg white omelette with kale, broccolini and rocket. Lunch heads home with a good showing of seafood dishes, kangaroo and core proteins. Ultimately, it’s the perfect match and menu and location that will bring you back to Bib, again and again.
