Enrique's School for to Bullfighting

Enrique’s School for to Bullfighting began life as a pop-up restaurant and bar in its Beaufort Street location. But more than two years later, the Spanish-influenced spot is still going strong. The bar has a particular focus on ‘gintonica,’ with 15 selected gins and a variety of tonics and garnishes to choose from (with an even longer, extended list for 'gin nerds'). Snack on some jamon and manchego croquetas with manchego aioli, or the Hiramasa kingfish ceviche, and try out Enrique's extra-special sangria with grilled peach brandy syrup and port sherbet.
