Having studied agronomy, viticulture and oenology in Australia and the US, winemaker
Bruce Dukes brings a holistic approach to his craft. Domain Naturaliste’s Flagship varietals range includes a cabernet sauvignon, a cabernet franc and a chardonnay, but the winery also offers French oak matured cuvees in the Direction range, and five products in the introductory Discovery range which includes a very drinkable rosé and syrah. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the Domain Naturaliste cellar door offer incredible vineyard views and make it one of the most impactful cellar doors around. We recommend planning your day of wine tasting to hit Domain Naturalise around lunchtime, as they offer seated tastings where you can enjoy a guided wine flight, paired with a charcuterie or cheese board made from local and imported ingredients while you take in the views.
