Double Dragon Inn has barely altered its menu since it started feeding Penangites 30 years ago. The mui choy kao yok (pork belly cooked with preserved mustard cabbage) is grandparent-approved, as is the pomfret fish. Beef dishes must be preordered so the chefs can pick up fresh beef from the morning market.
