Sri Weld Food Court at Beach Street is synonymous with Ali’s nasi lemak and beef kuay teow. The former, which has been praised by locals and visitors alike, is lauded for its spicy sambal. Those who can't handle their spice should opt for the beef kuay teow, which sees lean strips of beef, juicy beef balls and chewy intestines in a hearty bowl of beef broth. The deep-fried taufu here is also memorable and should be ordered as an appetizer.
