Founded in the 1950s, this cendol stall is managed by the chirpy Tan brothers who inherited the business from their late father Tan Teik Fuang. Armed with a five-decade old recipe, the brothers roll up their sleeves everyday to prepare bowls of refreshing cendol and ais kacang for thirsty customers. For a taste of Malaysian childhood, order an ice ball and watch the proprietors pack and shape shaved ice into a ball for you. You won't find chairs or tables here, so join the locals and plonk yourself on the sidewalk to slurp on your icy treats. The stall is located next to Joo Hooi Cafe.
