This seafood restaurant is not so much at the ‘End of The World’ as it is where most Penangites understand as the far end of Penang- specifically, Teluk Bahang. Its name may not be the most optimistic of restaurant names, but it is, at least, provocative and memorable as is probably the intention. Fronted by the End of the World beach, the restaurant has been said to offer mediocre seafood at steep prices, although no definite consensus has been reached, especially given that many owners and chefs have come and gone over the course of the years. Most order the orh chien (oyster omelette) and a steamed fish of their choice.
