Cat Beach

Based right on the beach in the small Teluk Bahang fishing village, the Cat Beach sanctuary is home to over 100 stray and rescued cats. Seven years ago, a fisherman and his family fed and cared for the felines, and their initiative has turned into a working sanctuary for rescued stray cats and kittens. If you're a cat person with a heart of gold, the sanctuary is looking for volunteers to help feed, groom and care for the cats. Do good and be rewarded with a kitten cuddle or two.
