The star of the show here is, of course, the turkey – plus everything needed to prepare it: spices, syrups and the vital meat thermometer (€6.95).
Alongside that, a rainbow of all the classic treats from our friends across the pond: Warhol’s beloved Campbell’s soup (€3.80), peanut butter, Kraft Mac n’ Cheese, pancakes, muffins, dried cranberries, maple syrup, cajun spices and even Froot Loops cereal (€2.90). Not only is this an American food fest, but there’s booze and bottles of soda too; to be guzzled from the infamous red cups – which, let’s face it, are a hangover waiting to happen compared to our tiny white beakers.
