The name says it all - this is where you come to dress the whole family in style. Pyjama tops emblazoned with Superman rub shoulders (or heels) with sequined stilettoes and slim-fitting suits, covering all bases from toddlers to doddering grannies. The energetic organisers oversee the collection with an eye on the (almost invariably French) designers of the moment, for which you pay accordingly: Gaëlle Barré waistcoats (€180), Hèdus shirts, coats woven from never less than 100% wool. To keep things vital, designers and artists are invited to give talks or contribute to the shop’s décor. Smart, attractive, pricey but not extortionate, Family Market is a welcome upmarket alternative to yet another H&M visit.
