Sou Khim in the 18th arrondissement joined the ranks of Paris’s sizable collection of trendy Asian restaurants in early 2016. The interiors are fairly basic with a few wooden tables and wicker lamps, but the walls are painted a bright sunshine yellow. Choose from four Asian classics: the bo bun, pad thai, a banh mi burger or baï (white rice with either pork meatballs, grilled chicken, marinated tofu or beef flavoured with lemon). The food is fresh and tasty and the servings are just the right size for a quick lunch when you’re in the neighbourhood.
