Time Out says

Iñaki Aizpitarte’s recently opened Le Dauphin, a Rem Koolhaus-designed tapas-style place a few doors from Le Chateaubriand, offers sub-€15 dishes such as magret séché, tempura de gambas and tarte au citron meringuée. As at Le Chateaubriand, sourcing is all-important – bread comes from Du Pain et des Idées, which was voted best baker in Paris in 2008 by Gault Millau.
