Time Out says

Central Paris can become a bit of an unattainable El Dorado for food trucks. Like many other mobile street food vendors, the team behind La Dînette Mécanique tried in vain to obtain a permit for trading in the city. Instead, they can usually be found at lunchtimes at the Pont de Levallois metro in Levallois-Perret (for lve updates, check their Facebook page). In summer 2015, though, La Dînette found a temporary spot at the Plage du Glazart, the bar’s pop-up beach for the sunny months. This is where you’ll be most likely to find them of a summer’s evening.

La Dînette has a clean and simple look, mostly blacks and greys. The menu is familiar, but the dishes spot on. Burgers are full of flavour (the vegetarian version slightly less so) and the chips deliver. There are six sandwiches listed, all heaving with quality ingredients, be it pastrami, BLT or pulled pork. Combine with cheery service and the Glazart’s white sand, and it’s a sure recipe for success.
