Time Out says

Café Pinson is a welcome addition to the burgeoning crop of high quality healthy eateries in Paris, who do vegetarian and organic food with a bit of glamour and no hint of a dietary regime. A comfortable, welcoming venue in the Marais, it offers carefully though out vegetarian, organic and gluten-free dishes that are a cut above the ordinary, and a famously good brunch on Sundays. During the week, a €17 set menu brings you a soup (white cabbage, cauliflower and white asparagus velouté, or kale, onion, sweet peppers and lemon cream, for example), a salad (radish, carrot and tahini or endive, apple, pea and mustard) or a quiche to start, then a hot main dish (rice with vegetables or a very good risotto) and a dessert (look out for the madeleines in particular). The menu changes daily, as does the energetic detox juice drink (€6) that’s recommended to have with your meal.
