This progressive live venue and erstwhile biscuit factory perched atop the Ménilmontant hill comes with its hipster cred intact: from its industrial decor to its eclectic jazz/world programme, it positively screams 'alternative'. That said, it's hard to fault – with its cheap tickets, good acoustics and a welcoming vibe, it is a welcome addition to the thriving music scene of the 20th. The bar even serves decent snacks.
