Since 1963, this building on the banks of the Seine has filled the airwaves with a large range of classical music, and it’s also possible to attend the concerts. The main performance space, Salle Olivier Messiaen, lacks charm, but the performance quality of the National Orchestra of France and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Radio France has turned the ‘round house’ into a favourite venue for music lovers. The ‘Passe-Musique’ season ticket for under-28s offers tickets for four shows at €18, or a year’s worth of concerts at €99. There are also free events, including a jazz festival.
