Jake Bugg

Retro-tinged but refreshing 18-year-old singer-songwriter Bugg burst from his hometown of Nottingham to the top of the charts in 2012. His brand of indie country-folk adopts a Dylan-esque rasp, but is pitched a little higher and has a necessarily younger lilt. Fans of Johnny Cash and Miles Kane will approve equally.
