A large heated terrace, an immense, sociable bar space and a cosy backroom make SUNSET a buzzing and versatile hangout, perfect for a date or a birthday party. Behind the bar, friendly staff put together a wide range of original cocktails like the house Red Sunset (vodka, brut champagne, peach and grapefruit bitters, peach liqueur, lime, fresh mint), which is beautifully fragrant and fruity. The wine list is short yet very carefully curated, and features quite a few organic bottles like Didier Barral’s brilliant Languedoc red. Beers mostly come from up-and-coming Italian, German and French micro-breweries, with the pick of the bunch probably the Myrha Pale Ale from the nearby Goutte d’Or(€4 for a half). To complete your aperitifs, the bar offers various snacks like luscious pork pâté in a crispy filo parcel (€5) and a host of small sharing plates (€5-€10), including fresh hake and chips and home made beef ravioli in a smoky sauce.
