A seriously good apéro looks like this: meeting the gang at Pigalle Country Club for an Öyster Cült, ordering a Debbie Harry cocktail (vodka, grapefruit, strawberry €8 or €6 during happy hour), oysters and white wine. Six oysters and a glass of wine is €9, which is a steal. Then of course there’s the soundtrack, seriously good rock – to accompany ‘The Aristocats’ as it plays on the projection screen in the background. Perfection.
