Time Out says

Whether you’ve spent your night dancing at the Java or drinking along the Canal Saint-Martin, this dingy after-hours bar is ideally situated (at the intersection of Avenue Parmentier and Rue du Faubourg du Temple) for those looking to sober up (or bottom out) before catching the morning metro home.

Whatever your preference (or state), the Moka and its colourful crowd are sure to welcome you with open arms. The bartenders are affable and the decor and drinks (€5.50 per pint, with cocktails at €6.50) are perfectly adequate; but if this little dive is no main attraction, it is a quaint, friendly place to while away a drunken hour.
