Time Out says

Located in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs, the Three Fifty Hotel was built in 1950 and is a boutique hotel with only ten rooms, all with that Mid-Century Modern charm that everyone loves about Palm Springs. Renovated in 2017 by interior designer Laura Slipak, this chill space is one of three historic properties that were recently acquired by the Kirkwood Collection, a group known for their luxury, boutique hotels across California.

An adults-only hotel, this is definitely the spot to get away from the hustle of life, kids, and loud party vibes of some other hotels. While it may lack the amenities of those larger resorts, the Three Fifty does offer luxurious in-room spa treatments, free continental breakfasts, free parking and a saltwater pool that is heated to 86 degrees, year-round. Every room, with its black, white, and lime-green interiors, surrounds the pool and jacuzzi, offers kitchenettes or refrigerators to keep your snacks or homemade cocktails cool, and some rooms offer a spacious living room and dining area.

Another perk not often found in many hotels post-pandemic, is in-room and poolside service. Enjoy a drink by the pool or in bed, while watching your favorite show on your in-room flat screen TV. When hunger strikes, take a short walk across the way to Azucar, located at sister property, La Serena Villas. This chic restaurant with rooftop bar offers a full brunch menu with cocktails like the Frida’s palette mimosas which includes the flavors of passionfruit, blood orange, tamarindo and prickly pear. An in-demand dinner menu features items like a Spanish crudité, king salmon, beef tenderloin and dungeness crab stuffed poblano pepper—just be sure to make a reservation.

Neighborhood
Downtown Palm Springs has everything from dining, to shopping, art galleries and more. If it’s not a sweltering 100 degrees, enjoy a stroll down Palm Canyon Drive and look for your favorite celebrity name on the sidewalk of the Palm Springs Walk of Stars. Enjoy an entertaining drag brunch before taking a picture with the famed Marily Monroe statue.

Nearby
Forever MarilynThe 26-foot tall sculpture is by artist Seward Johnson, inspired by the famous photograph taken during the filming of The Seven Year Itch. Take a photo by the statue located on the corner of Museum Way and Belardo Road.

Elmer’s RestaurantServing breakfast, lunch and dinner, this classic diner-style family restaurant has been around since 1960. Don’t miss out on classics like their German pancakes served with lemon wedges and powdered sugar, strawberries or lingonberries.

Palm Springs Art MuseumJust a two minute drive from the hotel, this renowned museum is the largest in the valley, and features a theatre, various art exhibitions and a vast permanent collection.

Time Out Tip:
Word is they’re dog-friendly and because of the spacious rooms, up to two dogs per room are allowed. Your pup will love the large kitchen and living room areas of many of the rooms.
