Sidle up to the big, gleaming brass bar and get ready because you've reached craft-beer heaven. Offering around two dozen taps of almost entirely California beers—with half of them in frequent rotation—Draughstman's been the Palm Springs go-to for crisp, funky, independent and quality brews since the bar's launch in 2016. Fans flock to the haute industrial space on game day to catch sports on the few TVs that hang behind the bar, and there are almost always a few revelers out on the verdant side patio, usually playing cornhole or jumbo Jenga as they nosh on upscale bar bites like tuna nachos, crab cigars, and pork belly poutine.
