Time Out says

The Apollo’s annual celebration of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his enduring legacy on the culture returns. The historic Harlem theater has partnered with New York’s nonprofit public radio station WNYC for the event, which will see NPR’s Notes from America host Kai Wright moderate the first hour, followed by live musical performances, spoken word and other forms of creative expression inspired by the civil rights icon to round out the afternoon.

It's free to attend the event on Sunday, January 14, but attendees are asked to register in advance. If you can't make it in person, there's a livestream as well.
