What if cycling could help save lives? Do your bit by participating in the 285-mile-long Boston-to–New York Braking AIDS Ride, Sept 25–27. Every second Saturday of the month until the big event, join in a volunteer-led training ride to prep your body. This month, volunteers will cover 45 miles, beginning and ending at the north end of Chelsea Piers. As you work those muscles, you'll be preparing for an event that helps others and ensuring a day of healthy living for yourself. Cycling, after all, is one of the best aerobic exercises your body could ask for.
