The Whitney Museum of American Art’s annual Art Party returns with a botanical-themed evening full of craft cocktails, gallery viewings, and beats from indie-pop duo MGMT, with dancing taking place on the ground floor of Kenneth C. Griffin Hall.
Hosted by the Museum’s Whitney Contemporaries membership group, the sprawling shindig on Tuesday, January 30 will bring together personalities from the art, fashion, business, and entertainment worlds. Plus, guests will get exclusive access to the museum’s galleries, including a special first look at the Whitney’s newest exhibition, Harold Cohen: AARON—which explores the foundational stages of AI in artmaking—before it opens to the public.
