Time Out says

The Dickens is Hell's Kitchen's largest LGBTQ+ bar, priding itself on its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional hospitality and inclusivity. With four unique floors and multiple beautifully themed event spaces, The Dickens has it all—unwind in a cozy lounge, enjoy delicious American-style food, dance the night away, or relax and sip on fun drinks with rooftop city views.

The Dickens says
The Dickens is a “one-stop shop” as Hell’s Kitchen’s biggest Broadway Cocktail Bar. A literary-themed multiplex now open for dinner, drinks and dancing. Operated and owned by Vida Verde and PMac’s Hospitality alum Bryan Hannon, The Dickens, on 8th Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets, boasts six different spaces to grab a cocktail, including a first floor cocktail bar and restaurant; low-key hangout The Genie’s Lounge; moody, stylish party venue at the whiskey-themed Studio Bar; The 3D Bar & Lounge; and a top-notch rooftop.
