City Winery on Pier 57 is having an elevated Fourth of July fireworks viewing party that will include an open bar, food, live music and exclusive access to Pier 57's rooftop. For the first time since 2013, the fireworks are returning to the Hudson River, which means that you'll be getting the best views anywhere in the city, and the Pier will be closed to anyone without a ticket.
